It is also possible to bundle wheat straw and dry wheat straw by adjusting the number of turns of the tying rope, increasing the number of turns to make the wheat straw moist and reducing the number of turns.
4. Adjust the number of rope coils and turn the large wheel up to 10 ropes; The number of turns on the small wheel is less than 7 ropes.
5. The length of the rope should be such that it just touches the leaf.
6. Reasons for screw twisting. When the round baler is filled with wheat knots, the alarm does not sound and the knots will pile up at the entrance. At this point, if you continue walking, it will cause the protective screw to twist.
7. Reason for the alarm port not sounding an alarm: 1. Incorrect power connection of the circular baler. 2. The wire of the circular baler is disconnected. 3. The card spring handle is separated from the handle slot.
8. When the strapping rope of the circular baler needs to break, it doesn't stop. It may be because the blade is blunt and needs to be replaced.
During the process of picking grass, the driving speed of the power machinery can be slightly faster, and it is best to use 2nd gear for small four-wheel drive.
10. The configuration of vulnerable parts of the circular baler should be equipped with protective screws and blades along with the grass to avoid delaying work time.
