On the morning of October 9, 2018, Wang Jiazhong, Deputy Director of the Agricultural Mechanization Management Department of the Ministry of Agriculture of the People's Republic of China, and Wu Di, Deputy Researcher, accompanied by Wang Jianbin, Deputy Director of the Liaoyang Agricultural Commission, and Jiang, Director of the Wensheng District of Liaoyang City, visited Liaoning Haikuo Machinery Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. to investigate the development status of modern agricultural mechanization. Accompanied by our Chairman Han Jun, General Manager Chen Zhenqi, and Pei Weizhuang, we inspected our company's 9YH-1.25A round bundling machine and deep loosening burying and returning machine, which have independent intellectual property rights.

This baler is independently developed and manufactured by our company and has a patent (patent number: ZL 2017 2 0612476. X). Currently, this product is a fully gear driven circular baler in China, which can completely replace traditional chain driven balers. This transmission method can improve equipment efficiency, performance, and quality while ensuring equipment stability, and is a high-end product leading the field of circular balers.

At the field operation site, our company demonstrated the on-site operation and results of the round bundling machine and the deep loosening burying and returning machine. The deep tillage burying and returning machine is also independently developed and manufactured by our company and has a patent (patent number: ZL 2017 2 0612471.7). The deep tillage burying and returning machine integrates straw picking, crushing, burying, and soil deep tillage. The burial depth can reach more than 300mm, and it has the characteristics of not damaging the land boundary, easy operation and management, and low returning cost. It is a good way for straw returning and soil moisture preservation in farmland.

After listening to the report and inspecting the on-site operation of two equipment, Wang Jiazhong, a leader of the Ministry of Agriculture, highly praised the 9YH-1.25A round baler and deep loosening burying and returning machine, affirming the working ability of the round baler and the deep loosening burying effect of the returning machine. He stated that both sets of equipment have leading technical performance in China. In particular, the deep tillage burying and returning machine has achieved deep plowing of soil and full straw return without national standards, without affecting the cultivation of the following year, while increasing soil water storage capacity and permeability, improving irrigation efficiency and drought resistance, achieving the ****** utilization of resources, and protecting the agricultural ecological environment. He proposed that Liaoning Haikuo and relevant departments should increase publicity efforts, do a good job in product promotion, and promote the "five material" utilization of straw.
